Private Coaching (Semrad Hawaii)

In Person:

Full day or Half day.  Pool or Depth

Pricing includes:

Pre-Coaching conferencing to establish goals and priorities as well as provide initial training aids.

Coaching and filming.

Film debrief.

Training plan post coaching session.

Check in meeting post coaching to assess progression and adjust training recommendations.

Remote Pricing Includes:

30min initial meeting to discuss current levels and goals.

Session 1 (45min): Present personalized training program and progress monitoring.

Follow Up Sessions (45min): Frequency set based off student timeline.  Discuss progress, make adjustments, next steps.

In between sessions you will record and share your progress so that your training can be adjusted to where you are in relation to your goals.  Unlimited email communication access with timely response and feedback on questions and progress.
